WORKSHOP

Hero
for Life

Join us for an interactive workshop dedicated to solving peer violence among teenagers.

About the workshop

"A Hero for Life is a practical and extremely effective workshop that directly deals with peer violence. In just 90 minutes, participants get an insight into different perspectives - both bullies, victims and those who witness violence.

Bullies face the consequences of their actions, victims receive concrete tools to resolve situations, and bystanders are encouraged to take action. With this, we create the basis for cooperation in the class and the formation of a unified team.

"In today's generation, very little is said about such topics, and we young people are increasingly left to our own devices."
"Because we have dealt with the problems of today's youth and that we know how to think in life."

Purpose of the workshop

Our mission is to empower young people to recognize, prevent and overcome peer violence. We believe that every teenager has the potential to become a hero in their community and this workshop is designed to unlock that potential by encouraging empathy, resilience and proactive behaviour. With our mentoring program, the teenager will embark on a unique journey where he will begin to discover and realize his potential. The key here is that the teenager is the one who wants to improve his life and deal with the problems he has.

"I've learned a lot of things I do wrong on a daily basis without realizing it's disrespectful and rude."

Description of the workshop

The workshop consists of two parts:

.
In the first part, we will share personal experiences, emphasize integration and acceptance of diversity, and focus on the topics of bullying and violence at school.
.
In the second part, we address the anonymous questions of the participants, use role play to explore different perspectives and offer practical solutions that they can use in real situations.
"I felt like the others also understood what I went through when I was bullied. I felt understood."
